FAQs
-
I’d recommend booking in as soon as possible. Designing your stationery can take longer than you think and I’d give plenty of notice (roughly 6 months before the month of your wedding). For example, if your wedding is in August, you’d ideally want to send them out to your guests in April/May so conversation and the design process would have to start in February.
If you’re also wanting on the day stationery & signage, I recommend booking this at the same time so your date is guaranteed.

All of my semi-custom designs come with a choice of envelope colours and there is a range of paper types and colours available. The design itself cannot be changed but ink colour and foil colour can be changed to suit your colour scheme and as standard all of the wording is customised.

Couples often forget that they don’t need 1 invitation per person. I’d always recommend having 1 invitation per household/couple plus an extra 10% for keepsakes and last minute additional guests because ordering more at a later date can be expensive!

This is based on personal preference, however we suggest the following:
Save the dates: once you have your date and location confirmed, we think it’s never too early to send out save the dates! However, at a minimum, we recommend approx. 9-12 months before the wedding and 12 months at the minimum for a destination wedding.
Wedding suite: approx. 3-6 months before wedding or earlier for a destination wedding.
We also recommend that the RSVP date is at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding to finalise numbers for on the day stationery. But this does also depend on your venue as they might need numbers earlier.
